A leading provider in the event lighting and AV rental industry is seeking a detail-oriented , hands-on team member for our Orlando, FL warehouse. This role is vital to ensuring every order meets the highest standards before it reaches our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process incoming and outgoing rental orders, including picking, packing, and preparing equipment for shipment. Conduct thorough quality control inspections of lighting equipment before and after each rental. Test and troubleshoot lighting fixtures, power supplies, and accessories to ensure full functionality. Will be trained in our equipment. Perform basic repairs and refurbishing of equipment as needed (cleaning, replacing parts, minor assembly). Maintain organized records of equipment status, repairs, and order fulfillment . Communicate with the operations team to resolve any order or equipment issues promptly. Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment .
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event rentals, AV, or warehouse operations required. Technical aptitude—comfortable with hands-on equipment testing and basic repairs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for order processing and record-keeping. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
