- Audio, you’ll be responsible for preparing, inspecting, and organizing top-tier audio gear to meet the demands of every event. ✅ Audio Equipment Handling
- Check audio gear in and out of inventory, verifying every item is present, functional, and clean ✅ Order Fulfillment
- Review rental reservations and show orders to ensure accuracy and completeness ✅ Gear Prep
- Stage and test equipment to ensure show readiness and peak performance ✅ Inventory & Documentation
- Track shipments, update order paperwork, and resolve discrepancies ✅ Cosmetic Touch-Ups
- Clean, label, and make minor cosmetic fixes to maintain professional presentation ✅ Truck Loading & Unloading
- Assist with gear transportation logistics and warehouse flow ✅ Cross Rentals & Coordination
- Manage gear going to or coming from partners, ensuring it matches show documentation ✅ Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments and communicate any issues or needs proactively What We’re Looking For A basic understanding of audio gear and signal flow (or a strong desire to learn) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Great organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail Comfortable with lifting, moving, and staging AV gear A team player who’s excited to support live productions from behind the scenes Why Join LMG?
