• LED , you’ll help ensure our LED inventory is stage-ready and up to LMG’s industry-leading standards. ✅ Equipment Check-In/Out
• Handle inbound and outbound LED gear, verifying counts, condition, and proper documentation ✅ Visual Inspection
• Examine gear for damage or cleaning needs and make minor cosmetic repairs like cleaning and label replacement ✅ System Builds
• Assist in building system racks and testing components based on show orders and customer specs ✅ Order Fulfillment
• Review show orders, ensure completeness, track down missing components, and document everything clearly ✅ Functional Testing
• Replicate show conditions by setting up and testing LED components prior to shipment ✅ Inventory Organization
• Maintain a clean, coded warehouse system for LED gear, assisting in layout and storage optimization ✅ Truck Loading
• Support the logistics team in loading trucks, ensuring safe and balanced transport of gear What We’re Looking For Interest or experience in LED technology and AV gear A sharp eye for detail and pride in presentation and performance Ability to work on your feet in a warehouse environment Comfortable using basic tools and performing light repairs Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude Why Join LMG?
