IT Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Technician is a key contributor to product excellence, responsible for both hardware assembly and quality testing. This hands-on role involves assembling and preparing technical kits and medical equipment stations, then validating their functionality to meet internal standards and customer requirements. The Technician will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve quality issues, following established procedures and ensuring each product is deployment-ready. The role requires comfort with physical hardware handling, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and a commitment to process documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure product excellence and compliance with standards using all required testing tools/equipment. Assemble and configure hardware components and kits for client deployments. Perform functional testing and validation of devices using proprietary platforms and online tools. Ensure compliance with quality standards using appropriate diagnostic and testing equipment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and accurately document each step. Prepare and stage medical equipment stations for onsite deployment. Identify, report, and help resolve product or quality issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with leadership to suggest and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum one to two (1-2) years of experience in quality control and quality assurance in a manufacturing setting required . Experience with hardware assembly Expertise in following SOP and documenting steps followed in process after completion.
