Quality Control Lead Inspector 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Apopka, FL 32704 The QC Inspector ensures that every assembly is inspected thoroughly IAW customer specifications and IPC Standards.
Hours :
Monday-Thursday 6:30-5:15pm (10 hours shifts) Friday’s are overtime if needed.

Hand Solder, Use of Microscope Experience:
Minimum of 1 Yr. experience on Inspection of electronic assemblies. Responsibilities & tasks IPC certification. Inspector must be
IPC-A-610
certified. Perform final inspection of every PCB, box build, cable assy’s. IAW IPC standards and customer specifications prior to shipping. Ability to read customers drawings and BOM’s. Conduct First Article Inspection on all assy’s. thru every step of assembly process. Perform SMT machine set-up check prior to SMT production run. Perform solder paste audit on PCB’s at SMT dept. prior to production run. Perform daily audits of every assembly being worked in every department. Ability to hand solder. Use of microscope for inspection of electronic parts and solder quality. Fill out final Inspection/ Shipping form on every lot of assemblies for daily shipping.
