West Palm Beach, FL Floor Coating Inspector Key Responsibilities:
Surface Inspection
- Inspecting concrete surfaces for proper preparation, cleanliness, and any imperfections that could affect the polyaspartic application Material Verification
- Checking the quality and suitability of the polyaspartic materials, including color, thickness, and adherence to specifications. Application Process
- Monitory the application of polyaspartic flooring to ensure it is done correctly, including proper mixing, coverage, and application techniques. Quality Control
- Identifying any defects or inconsistencies in the polyaspartic flooring, such as bubbles, discoloration, or improper adhesion Documentation
- Creating reports of inspection results, documenting any non-conformities, and recommending corrective actions. Take all necessary pictures of the job for reports. Communication
- Communicating with installers, clients and other team members about the status of the project and any necessary changes. Service
- Possible small fixes in flooring with company provided service kit.
Skills and Requirements:
Knowledge of Polyaspartic or Epoxy Flooring
- A good understanding of polyaspartic or epoxy flooring types, applications, and installation processes. Attention to Detail
