We currently have an opportunity available for a Materials Technician I in Boca Raton, FL! The Materials Technician I receives, ships, stores and distributes raw materials, intermediate and marketed products in compliance with cGMP and company SOPs. Qualifications
Daily, receive items shipped to the warehouse.
Receive GMP and Non-GMP items according to SOP.
Monitor warehouse supplies and if necessary, request items to be ordered.
Distribute materials, as needed, to the applicable departments.
Maintain warehouse in an orderly and clean fashion.
Ship materials as requested using any of the major carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL or US Mail.
Safely operate truck to deliver supplies and equipment.
Safely operate forklift to move palleted items in and out of the warehouse.
Cycle count inventory as needed.
Load and unload trucks as necessary.
Build plasma pools in the freezer area.
Perform preventative maintenances (PMs) weekly.
Deliver plasma pools to manufacturing.
Check temperature charts daily.
Adhere to all ADMA safety standards.
Stock manufacturing area with materials as needed.
Perform all work duties according to ADMA’s SOP and policies.
Data entry into networked systems, SAP and Microsoft Office.
Log daily temperatures for the warehouse and Freezer area. Replace weekly temperature charts.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Requirements:

Up to one year of experience in a materials management, supply chain, and/or warehouse environment required. Experience with physical inventory process required (i.e., periodic and annual cycle count).
