• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Delray Beach.

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting fresh produce to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. Your inspections will focus on key attributes such as weight, color, and size, and will be conducted throughout the production process—from delivery through washing, packaging, and shipping.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Inspect produce for quality based on established standards for weight, color, and size.

+ Monitor the conveyor system to ensure consistent quality throughout the production line. + Accurately document inspection results and maintain detailed records. + Work in a cold facility (approximately 45°F), with occasional exposure to the docking area. + Operate in an environment with food-related fumes, including peppers and sprays.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Previous experience in produce or food inspection, or in a bottling facility. + HACCP certification or knowledge of food safety standards. + Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and computer skills.
