This role is responsible for new and modified deal setups to ensure accurate deal setups, auditing and analyzing test reports and coordinating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy. Collaboration with other departments is crucial to ensure the correct and timely setup of deals. This position reports to the Account Implementation Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Build relationships and collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and senior management. Review and analyze deal proposal setups to determine the proper testing required. Create test cases and perform testing for new and modified deals. Compare and analyze test results based on details provided by the business. Ensure compliance with agreements and lenders via testing of new setups to ensure we minimize risk. Coordinate issues identified during testing with internal teams or external partners and collaborate with them until issues are resolved. Analyze test reports to validate results. Lead the development and participate in the day-to-day execution of business requirements and test plans. Collaborate with teammates to ensure department processes, procedures and guidelines are kept up to date and accurate. Identify areas of improvement, actively participate in and support new processes that are introduced, providing valuable feedback to ensure the success of initiatives. Inter-departmental notifications and updates. Review and store all testing documentation and correspondence in a designated location as instructed by company policy. Other duties/projects as assigned by immediate supervisor. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Experience with database systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
