Here’s what you’d do: Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed Cable Inspections.
Uses various measuring devices.
Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions, and checklists.
Monitor and verify quality through statistical processes or other control procedures.
Communicates effectively with assemblers, engineers, and management when resolving quality issues. Here’s what you’ll get:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the manufacturing process of Cables Inspections.
Minimum of 2 years experience with soldered and crimp cable inspection using
IPC-A-620
standards.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Reading Engineering and Wireharness Print Reading
Minimum of 2 years experience in
IPC-WHMA-A-620.
Minimum of 2 years experience in using personal computers and newer applications. Minimum of 2 years experience in Visual Inspection Preferred Skills /
Qualifications:
Able to identify non-conformances IAW IPC-A-620, & specific other requirements.
Ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas if needed.
This includes detail orientation and proficiency at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.
Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
When resolving quality issues, interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers, and management.
Be able to read/write English
