We are looking for full time property inspectors. The inspector will walk each unit after the cleaners to make sure it is guest ready . This is a great opportunity for an upbeat individual who is detail oriented and who is efficient. The Inspector should be dependable, able to communicate well with others and great at time management. Inspectors ability to work in a team is a must. Any previous inspector or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Attention to detail, fast paced and ability to bend and lift
• Inspections for Cleaning and Maintenance Issues
• Reporting and Scheduling Maintenance Issues
• Property Preparation
• Property Inventory and Staging
• Delivering Needed Items to Guests/Units
• Personal transportation is required (Mileage reimbursement paid per IRS rate) Weekend availability may be needed at times- will schedule in advance
