$31.9K – $35.7K a year 1 hour ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Math Entry level Full Job Description Mechanical Quality Inspector Clearwater/Largo area TempExperts is recruiting for a Quality Inspector for a manufacturing facility in the Clearwater/Largo area.

Responsibilities:

Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications. Conduct inspections at First Article, in-process, in-coming and completes the final inspections. Initiate Non-Conformance reports (Material Rejection Notices) as required. Input and perform trending of key inspection process metrics. Document and report inspection findings and results and monitors corrective actions to inspection findings. Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements. Read and interpret specifications and part prints. Ensure calibration and maintenance is performed on inspection equipment. Document information on the computer in various databases and other internal programs. Conduct various tests and quality checks on finished products. Ensure that all product have been tested and fall within standards, measured to specifications and within tolerances, readability of labels, etc. Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures and comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Ability to follow company production or safety procedures and pass internal certification training.
