Job Description
Quality Assurance Technician 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Seminole, FL 33777 Overview Provide QA / QC support for the manufacturing, packaging, and shipping departments by performing inspections and reviewing and auditing documentation. Follows pertinent SOPs to ensure cGMP compliance. Provides technical support for Process and Cleaning Validations. Ensures products meet quality standards, safety and compliance requirements. Conducts inspections, test and documentation in collaboration with production. Duties Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for accurate measurements. Analyze data collected from production processes to identify trends and areas for improvement. Operate and maintain vision inspection systems to monitor product quality. Document findings and prepare reports on quality metrics and system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality systems. Assist in training staff on quality assurance practices and procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality. Qualifications
- Product Sampling and Testing
- Submit samples to testing labs on a daily basis for finished goods and validation studies.
- Verify the receipt of samples.
- Perform in-process tests as required.
- Collecting Retains and Samples to submit to QC Inspections
- Conduct Quality Pre and Post clearance of rooms.
- Conduct 30 minute in – process checks.
- Inspect equipment before production starts and sign the cleaning logbooks.
- Conduct swabbing when necessary and document.
- Inspect labels of products in production for correct label, components, expiration date and lot number as compared to the Batch Production Record. Reviews
- Review Batch Production Records in production for completeness.
- Review Validation Protocols so that they are ready when production starts. Auditing
- Audit Batch Production Records to assure they are complete before giving them to the QA Manager. Training
- Understand, review, and participate in cGMP training

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
