Aercon Florida LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Final Product Testing Operator to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tests on final AAC products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Final Product Testing:

Conduct a variety of tests on finished autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products, including strength, durability, and dimensional checks, to assess compliance with industry standards and specifications. Utilize appropriate testing equipment and methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Equipment Maintenance:

Operate and maintain laboratory and testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on testing machinery, reporting any malfunctions or required repairs to the maintenance team.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while conducting tests and handling final products to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Participate in safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety within the laboratory.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of testing results, observations, and analysis for quality control and compliance purposes. Prepare and present detailed reports on product testing outcomes, including any deviations from specifications and recommendations for corrective actions.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Ensure that the testing area is kept clean and organized, complying with health and safety regulations. Regularly clean and organize testing tools and equipment to enhance safety and improve operational efficiency.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to provide insights and recommendations based on testing results. Participate in team meetings to discuss quality assurance goals, challenges, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in materials science, engineering, chemistry, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Previous experience in a quality control or testing role, preferably in the concrete or construction industry. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting products and standing for extended periods.
