IND-ELS General Summary:
Responsible for reviewing, processing and maintaining various quality-related documents while ensuring customer and regulatory requirements are met. Responsible for handling customer complaints in compliance with FDA and ISO requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing customer complaints and inquiries (adverse and non-adverse) Help create and maintain department metrics Cross-train with other members of the Document Control Group Participate in team meetings and process improvement projects All employees have the responsibility and authority to report any action that puts any process or product at risk Other duties as assigned Qualification s: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty/ key responsibility satisfactorily. Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional training in QA highly preferable. S kills and
Abilities:
Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Possess basic math competencies (add subtract, multiply and divide). Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral, diagram or schedule forum. Must be computer literate; possess sound data entry skills, able to proficiently use MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Prior use of ERP/MRP systems highly required. Must be detail oriented, possess sound communication skills both written and verbal and able to work flexible schedule. Possess initiative, common sense and analytical/problem solving characteristics. Demonstrates willingness and ability to be cross-trained in other QA functions. Ability to report to work on time. Ability to plan and organize daily activities. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
