We are currently looking for a qualified Quality Inspector to approve/disapprove parts, assemblies and finished products according to drawings. Ensures quality finished product is shipped to the customer by ensuring quality checks are complete, accurate and signed-off. Final release of every Helix build. Ensure only complete routers are turned into the quality assurance team. Performs a wide variety of mechanical inspections on parts and assemblies. Follows general inspection guidelines to conduct visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical test and functional inspections on a variety of components and assemblies. Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspection of parts and assemblies

Requirements:

1 year + experience in manufacturing environments including welding, metal manufacturing or equivalent required Experience in quality systems (inspections, audits, use of measurement tools) required Experience with Class II Medical device inspections a plus Intermediate level computer skills required Ability to effectively train/coach others Time management Priority setting Detail oriented Blue print understanding 6+ months in Helix preferred Intermediate level computer skills required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High performance team oriented environment. Foster and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Ability to interface effectively and positively with all members of the organization, suppliers and customers. Self-starter, able to succeed in a dynamic work environment. Strong Leadership skills. Willingness to do hands-on work within a team environment.
