Quality Assurance Starting Pay Rate:
$18to $20/hour Shifts needed: 1st Shift (6.am-3:30p.m) Job DescriptionWe’re seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist with anunwavering commitment to meticulous production. The ideal candidateis an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with theexperience necessary to take our products to the next level withrespect to the accuracy, security, and safety. You will be chargedwith developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards thequality of our products but also fosters a “quality culture, inwhich all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing qualityin both production and the finished product. Objectives of thisRole Interpret, build upon and comply with company qualityassurance standards Carefully maintain a complaint andnonconformance processing through records and tracking systems,including root cause and corrective actions Document qualityassurance activities with internal reporting and audits Develop newstandards for production and design, with improvements as needed,and create testing protocols for implementation across all servicelines Identify training needs and take action to ensurecompany-wide compliance Pursue continuing education on newsolutions, technology, and skills Daily and MonthlyResponsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testingof the incoming and outgoing products to confirm qualityconformance to specifications and quality deliverables Assistoperations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, andreporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and healthand safety goals/KPIs Analyze and investigate product complaints orreported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance withcompany guidelines and external regulatory requirements Develop orupdate company complaint and inspection procedures to ensurecapture and investigation, as well as proper documentation ofcomplaints Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain andanalyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues tomanagement and product development Provide training and support tothe quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, andcore processes Skills and Qualifications High School Diplomarequired, Associates Degree in Technical Field is a plusProfessional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, orQuality Auditor is a definite plus Superb computer competence,including database management Knowledge of quality assuranceterminology, methods, and tools Analytical, problem-solving, anddecision-making skills Demonstrated knowledge of testing bestpractices, version control practices, and defect managementpractice Nesco Resource is an equal employment opportunity employerand does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion,sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin,disability, age, veteran status, or any other legally protectedcharacteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
