JOB SUMMARY

The QC Technician will work under the direction of the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and/or Department Lead to develop, implement, manage, all quality related product testing and applicable programs related to daily manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspects in-process and/or finished products for conformance to quality assurance standards for both in-process products and raw materials Manages assigned daily tasks that include but not limited to – raw material sample prep for lab test samples, sample data processing and review of COA’s Interface with 3rd party labs related to COA’s and test results. Production record keeping including (verification of batch records, calibration of scales and equipment, in process material checks) Assist in monthly GMP/Sanitation/Security inspections and follow up on corrective actions Support QA in all Non-Conformance related activities to include conducting Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations Maintain all quality compliance records Perform Environmental testing, as well as ordering testing supplies Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices Perform other duties as needed and requested by the Quality Manager

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma required. Strong oral and written skills. Hands-on knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Experienced in MS Word, and Excel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The assigned personnel must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. St. Augustine, FL 32084 | Full-Time | $18-an hour
