White, GA Job Summary:
TRC Talent is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Final Quality Control (FQC) Technician to join our team in Cartersville. The FQC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all final assembly products meet high-quality standards before they are delivered to our customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to perform visual inspections, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct visual inspections to verify product compliance with established quality standards. Identify and reject products that do not meet quality specifications. Monitor production lines to ensure productivity and quality goals are consistently met. Accurately document inspection results, contributing to final product grading. Report any quality issues that require escalation to the Quality Technician or line supervisor. Ensure the production of high-quality products with minimal defects. Monitor and adjust equipment settings as necessary, escalating deviations to the appropriate team. Support fellow operators during breaks and provide coverage for other work areas when needed. Adhere strictly to standardized work procedures, SOPs, and work instructions. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and perform inspections for extended periods. Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and nights, as needed. Team-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction. Ability to stand and remain on feet for up to 12 hours per shift.
