Logistics America LLC as a Vi-lingual Quality Control Specialist. We are seeking skilled individuals with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude in approaching their duties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the continuous improvement of automotive parts quality through daily quality control operations.

QC Senior Manager Bi-lingual Quality Control Specialist Key Responsibilities :

Investigate and resolve quality issues related to KD automotive parts. Prepare and manage Parts Problem Reports (PPR) and track issue resolution status. Communicate with Glovis HQ and Korean suppliers regarding quality concerns via phone and email. Determine part accountability and prepare Discrepancy Reports (DR). Attend and contribute to regular meetings with customer quality teams. Generate regular quality reports for submission to upper management (weekly ~ annually). Support and maintain control of BLOCK parts and EO (Engineering Order) change items. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications for

Bi-Lingual Quality Control Specialist :

Bachelor’s Degree Business-level fluency in both Korean and English Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (skills will be tested) Ability to understand and operate ERP, WMS or similar systems Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications for

Bi-Lingual Quality Control Specialist :

Engineering or Supply Chain degree preferred Experience in the automotive or logistics industry Familiarity with international supplier communication and reporting practices Detail-oriented with excellent time management capabilities This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop computer and cell phone. The employee is generally required to spend long periods of time sitting, typing, and working at a computer. May require the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and transport items.
