Quality Assurance Test Specialist (Automobile) 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Ellabell, GA 31308 Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading automobile manufacturer, is seeking to hire an experienced Quality Assurance Test Specialist to join their Ellabell, GA site. Salary – 75K Full Benefits from Day 01 OT paid over 40 Hours Summary Of Responsibilities Perform Material Testing for EV components and Tool Calibration section. Evaluate department processes; recommend process and product improvements. Handle customer test request and EV efficiency testing. Operate EV Efficiency and Environmental Chamber Testing equipment. Review EV Models certifications and maintain records. Conduct product testing and first article and final inspections when needed. Work with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence. Continuously improve the testing and evaluation process to ensure that is efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices. Additional duties as assigned. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years in quality assurance or testing roles within the automotive or EV industry. Proven track record in process improvement and cross-functional teamwork. Experience with emissions testing and troubleshooting is a plus.

Metrology & Calibration:

Expert in metrology and calibration techniques.

Testing Equipment:

Hands-on experience with EV testing equipment (dynamometers, environmental chambers).

Documentation:

Proficient in interpreting technical documentation and certifications.

Automotive Knowledge:

Familiar with automotive systems, especially EV technologies.

Communication:

Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Analytical Thinking:

Analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset. Attention to
