Quality Control Team Member Location:
Automotive- Quality Control Facility, Richmond Hill, GA Starting Pay:
$20.20 per hour Must be available for 2nd and 3rd Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality control (QC) tests at different production stages Inspect and report product quality, labeling, and parts allocation Conduct minor repairs and follow established QC procedures Maintain quality processes, 5S standards, and QC equipment calibration Enter data into the Quality Management System (QMS) Assist in investigations, problem-solving, and implementing countermeasures Attend and provide training as required Work overtime and rotate shifts if needed Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in manufacturing or quality control Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively
Preferred:
2-year technical degree 2+ years in a QC lab within high-capacity manufacturing Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, and Six Sigma methodologies 1-3 years of automotive experience
