Are you an experienced and highly analytical Quality Inspector with a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for you to join our production department!

As our Quality Inspector, you’ll be crucial in upholding our company’s safety regulations and ensuring all our products meet our high-quality expectations. You’ll supervise the production process, conduct regular product evaluations, and meticulously record inspection results. Your insights will be vital as you recommend improvements to enhance our production process.

To truly excel in this role, you’ll need demonstrated great attention to detail and excellent technical and math abilities. It’s also required that you have prior experience working with microscopes and micrometers.

High SchoolResponsibilities Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations. Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. Supervise the production process. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
