Root Cause, Corrective Action and Product Disposition for product quality related issues.
Essential Functions:
Perform quality inspection and testing of incoming raw materials as specified. Perform quality inspections of coated rolls produced and record results. Notify Operations of any quality issues. Work with Operations to identify root cause and corrective actions for internal quality issues. Recommend disposition to optimize cost without jeopardizing quality. Utilize internal tools to maintain quality records and identify areas for improvement. Perform quality checks on incoming calendared raw film and record results in Datacolor gon internal quality issues Adhere to ORAFOL Americas policies and procedures Maintain and clean Test Panels and Panel Cleaning tubs Empty liquid and solid waste container weekly Empty and maintain adhesive sample Ability to perform and record Peel and Release testing

Qualifications Education Requirements:
High School Diploma; additional education desired Strong English written and verbal communication skills required 0-5 years’ experience in a related field
Work Experience:
Strong PC skills required including MS Office Suite Microsoft Word and Excel experience desired Business Express (BE) and intranet required
