POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Inspector is a hands-on position primarily responsible for quality control, including but not limited to, providing quality assurance inspections of rental properties for guest and owner arrivals. All duties and responsibilities of this position are always performed with exceptional care and genuine service upholding Lucky Savannah & Tybee Cottages vacation rentals standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

• Perform schedules inspections to ensure all properties meet or exceed LSVR standards.
• Inspect properties to ensure they are clean and meet LSVR standards and are ready for guests and owners in a timely manner for check-in.
• Utilize property management software to report any issues which need attention at LSVR properties (maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, landscaping, inventory, furnishings, etc.)
• Responsible for light property maintenance, such as changing lightbulbs (within reach), batteries, filters and other light maintenance duties ass necessary or as instructed by a member of management.
• Assist with delivering property supply items, and notifying for billing purposes, and other tasks relating to set up and caring for LSVR properties.
• Maintain a positive, high energy team atmosphere in the inspection department.
• Perform all scheduled inspections related to Executive Rentals arrivals & departures.
• Assist as needed with property prepping to include but not limited to stripping and making beds, pulling trash from departing guests, launder misc. items in property, dusting to assist the cleaners.
• Actively contribute as a member of the QA team, participate in regular team meetings, provide insight, and collaborate on problem solving/decision making with other departments.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with guests, owners or any other clients of LSVR.
• Complete & close all tasks assigned daily.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

• Must have reliable, insured transportation to visit numerous properties.
• Must have excellent physical fitness and health; you must be able to visit many homes in one day.
• Must be energetic, dependable, and honest, have good written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and take pride in one’s work.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize time and supplies, and pay attention to detail.
• Availability to work a varied schedule which may include holidays.
• Must be available to work weekends.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Prior work experience in the hospitality business preferred.
• Housekeeping experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service are beneficial to this position.
