Quality Inspector Color Ink Marietta, GA 30064 Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and utilizing various measurement tools to maintain compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485.
The Quality Assurance Inspector will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all fabricated products adhere to established specifications. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using tools such as micrometers and calipers. Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality and identify defects or deviations from specifications. Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
standards. Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and report findings to management. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance procedures and protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control (QA/QC) within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
standards is highly desirable. Proficient in using measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and vision inspection systems. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying defects or inconsistencies. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members across departments.
