Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for punch out of all inspection lists, warranty lists, Homeowner orientation walk through lists etc.: Finish/Carpentry Touch up painting Drywall finishing Adjusting Windows, Doors and typical hardware Adjusting receptacles/lighting Assist Builder/Senior Builder with daily house/community/lot tasks weed eating, landscape maintenance
Tool Requirements:
Hand tools: screw driver, hammer, caulk gun, tape measure etc. Power miter saw for minor trim work. Trim nail gun and compressor or cordless variety. Step Ladder Transportation to and from the job sites. Assist in keeping community clean Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisors Perform tasks assigned by Builder to facilitate the smooth execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
