$19.1K – $24.5K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Some college Writing skills English Editing Entry level Full Job Description The Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) program provides organization-wide resources and support that promotes consistent, efficient, and effective best practices—helping to reduce risk and clearly demonstrate the impact of Catholic Charities Atlanta’s work. This VISTA position is a part of Catholic Charities USA’s Family Strengthening Program, a national intermediary project. As a member, you will meet virtually with VISTA Leaders and other VISTAs serving throughout the country, all focused on alleviating poverty.
Member Duties :
The AmeriCorps VISTA member will support Catholic Charities Atlanta’s Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) team by developing and streamlining agency-wide policies, procedures, and documentation processes. Their work will ensure consistent practices, accurate impact reporting, and improved organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include refining policies using a standardized template, collaborating with staff to align practices with best standards, organizing content for agency handbooks, and maintaining a centralized system for managing vendor contracts and agreements.
