Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm Job Description A leading organization in the Atlanta area is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Auditor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of calls and processes, utilizing established metrics to evaluate performance. Actively participate in quality calibration sessions with team members to ensure consistency and alignment. Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide support for training initiatives, including one-on-one coaching and the development of training materials. Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence. Stay abreast of industry best practices and leverage new knowledge to enhance processes. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in Quality assurance or similar role, preferably within a call center or customer service environment. Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both onsite and remotely as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Prior experience in the tolling or transportation industries. Proven track record of success in a high-performance, customer-focused role.
