Quality Assurance/ Forklift Color Ink Alpharetta, GA 30009 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards. Duties Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with HACCP and CGMP guidelines. Perform quality inspections using various tools, including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines. Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects and ensure product integrity. Document findings from inspections and audits, providing detailed reports for management review. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for non-conformities. Maintain records of quality assurance activities and assist in the development of quality control procedures. Participate in training sessions to enhance team knowledge on QA/QC practices and tools such as Calypso. Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of HACCP principles and CGMP regulations. Familiarity with quality inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines. Experience with vision inspection systems is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying defects or discrepancies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively report findings and recommendations.
