What You’ll Do:

Support and monitor food safety & quality programs that drive our mission Train team members on GMPs, SOPs , and regulatory compliance Perform quality checks, chemical titrations , and calibrations Manage QA documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COA) ,specifications, chemical inventory, customer complaints and product holds Assist with environmental swabbing , pre-op inspections, shelf-life studies, and incident tracking Provide backup support for QA Leads and collaborate in root cause analysis and corrective actions Calibrate lab equipment and support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field preferred 3+ years of QA/Food Safety experience in food manufacturing Working knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, FSMA and PCQI (certifications preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Outlook Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Work Environment & Expectations:

75% on the production floor , 25% administrative Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including weekends and rotating shifts
