Known for their craftsmanship and commitment to quality, they specialize in high-volume custom components and maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement. They are looking for you, an experienced Quality Control Inspector, to join their team in a direct hire role and help strengthen quality standards across multiple areas of production.
What you get to do:
- Inspect incoming materials from domestic and international suppliers to identify and flag defects
- Rotate through multiple departments, including key finishing and assembly areas
- Use shop tools and SmartSheet to conduct inspections and document findings
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the receiving process What you need to succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Hands-on manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail
- 2+ years in quality control within woodworking, cabinetry, furniture, or a similar industry is a plus
- Familiarity with defect detection, finishing materials, and inspection tools
