Job Summary A leading player in the biotech space is seeking a Quality Specialist I – Supplier Quality to play a key role in raw material inspection and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge therapies by ensuring quality standards are met from the start of the manufacturing process.

Hourly Pay Rate:
$25 Temporary role approximately 3 months with possibility of extending What You’ll Do As part of a collaborative Quality team, you’ll: Oversee and perform testing of raw materials, working closely with external labs, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely operations. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to drive timely delivery of test results and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs). Maintain and update standard operating procedures and material specifications to reflect current manufacturer guidance and internal standards. Support investigations into material-related issues, offering technical insight and contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions. Assist with technical testing initiatives and contribute your expertise to project teams across departments. Manage sample logistics and support the lifecycle of reagents and raw materials. What You Bring A bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience. Ideally, 1+ year in a regulated industry (FDA, cGMP, etc.). Familiarity with raw material release processes and quality inspection methods such as ANSI sampling. Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines for drugs, devices, or biologics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong attention to detail. Work Environment & Physical Demands Comfortable working in lab, office, and warehouse environments, including temperature-controlled areas. Ability to lift 10–25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. May require gowning for clean room entry and handling biological materials.
