TRAINING SCHEDULES
M-F8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory virtual attendance is required. Mustattend 100% of training and pre-planned appointments/time off willnot be accepted.
WORK SCHEDULE
Required to have flexibility towork any of the shift schedules during normal business hours ofMonday-Friday, 7:00am- 8:00pm CST.
Pay:
$20.00/hr.

- Evaluates calls and cases to assess performance based on a standardset of criteria, providing constructive feedback and recognition toemployees to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Accurately score transactions to gauge employee’s qualityperformance based on organizational and departmental policies andrequirements.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, whethervoice or non-voice, of assigned entity and team, ensuring adherenceto company quality standards, and compliance with industryregulations. Tracks and reports any trends from the customerexperience that can be improved or celebrated.
- Analyze andprovide weekly & monthly trend analysis to leadership.
- Providesupport to leadership by participating in and hostinginternal/external client calibration sessions.
- Engage in and leadprojects to promote quality enhancements and/or broaden servicesfor the team.
- Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of qualitysystems and methodologies.
