The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating and maintaining various machinery, with expertise in CNC and CAM programming. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality control, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards. Duties Operate and maintain CNC milling machines and other manufacturing equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble components accurately. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Utilize CAD software for design modifications and enhancements. Program and troubleshoot logic controllers for optimal machine performance. Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably as a Technician or similar role. Proficiency in operating milling machines and familiarity with CNC processes. Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices. Experience with CAD software for design purposes is highly desirable. Knowledge of CAM programming techniques is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
