1397814 United Talent Staffing is hiring a QA Receiving Tech (Level I) in Lawrenceville, GA!
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Receiving Tech (Level I) to join our client’s team. This position plays a key role in supporting raw material inspection, testing, documentation, and quality compliance. The ideal candidate has previous QA experience and a strong understanding of quality control procedures in a production or laboratory setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct raw material testing and enter results in Valentine ERP in accordance with qualification SOPs
- Identify and assist in resolving Out-of-Specification (OOS) results
- Maintain vendor qualification files, including questionnaires and certifications
- Submit and track Request to Extend (RTE) materials for evaluation
- Maintain raw material reference standards per SOP guidelines
- Perform sensory analysis on blended products prior to further processing
- Act as a backup for QA functions such as sample submissions, customer sample shipments, and QA receiving support
- Participate in other quality projects and initiatives as assigned
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Basic understanding of sanitary procedures to prevent contamination
- Ability to work with ERP systems and lab equipment
- Forklift certification/license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform tasks requiring fine motor coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment:
This position is performed in a lab and office setting with regular use of lab equipment and standard office tools. Some exposure to dust and extended periods of sitting or repetitive movement may occur.
