Quality Control Technician 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Gainesville, GA 30504 Tower Sealants is seeking an employee in our Quality Control laboratory. This is a second shift position (2:45 pm – 11:30 pm). Must be flexible with schedule.
Responsibilities:
The Lab Technician will handle materials, prepare samples, run tests, clean the lab, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Expect to be on your feet about 85% of the time running tests or verifying production results. Must understand lab concepts, be dependable, and follow instructions. The individual will help calibrate all equipment, verify product quality, and maintain detailed records. The QC laboratory is air conditioned, and QC employees have a dedicated air-conditioned break room.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred applicants will have an associate’s degree in a technical field, a 30-hour certificate in a technical field, or 2 to 4 years of experience in a Quality or Research Laboratory.
