This role involves documenting any discrepancies that require rectification, commonly referred to as ‘go backs,’ and providing support in our office. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills necessary for apartment inspections and office assistance. The position offers an hourly wage of $15, and no prior experience is necessary; however, candidates must be proficient in both English and Spanish. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid identification, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. We will supply gas, a laptop if required, and a vehicle for work-related tasks. Additionally, there is a $500 bonus for every property you secure for us to initiate work with.
