What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience handling hazardous chemicals
Ability to adjust formulas based on inspection data
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and handle full 55-gallon drums
Proficiency in basic math, including unit conversions and fractions
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Understanding of formulation logic and process troubleshooting
What You’ll Do as a
Quality Control Technician:
Test and inspect raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
Adjust formulations during processing and communicate rework needs
Troubleshoot issues in product quality and manufacturing processes
Support new product development with formula expertise
Maintain accurate records of inspections and adjustments
Operate lab equipment including molding machines, computers, and testing devices
Communicate product status across shifts and teams
Ensure cleanliness of lab and inspection areas
Serve as backup for the QC Manager when needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
