BachelorsResponsibilities Interpret technical drawings and specifications in accordance with

ANSI Y14.5M

standards. Develop, refine, and implement CMM programs for the inspection of high-precision hardware. Design part fixtures, tooling, and documentation to support inspection accuracy. Conduct first article inspections and validate program accuracy through prove-out processes. Define acceptance criteria and provide inspection data to engineering and quality teams. Use metrology tools and inspection systems to enhance production reliability. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on inspection and process-related issues. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety practices. Troubleshoot and resolve inspection or programming-related issues. Perform additional tasks as required to support production and quality goals. Advanced proficiency with metrology and CMM software, including: PC-DMIS Calypso Quindos CMM Manager Familiarity with: PW Airfoil Wizblade Airfoil Inspect Working knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and engineering models.
