Job Description
Description Essential Job Duties:
To perform this job successfully, the warehouse technician must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Complete billing daily
- Responsible for verifying all outgoing shipments (QA owner)
- Ensure all daily tasks of the warehouse are completed
- Maintain professional communication with all team members
- Handle all ‘Problem’ issues including customer emails, cases with complications, etc
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed accurately by random audit and adequate QA for all outgoing orders
Qualifications:
- Excellent documentational and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 40lbs safely.
- Experience using Teams and Dynamics 365 a plus.
- Prior warehouse experience a plus, but not required.
