The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments. Utilize various inspection methods including vision inspection systems and coordinate measuring machines to assess product quality. Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Perform routine calibrations and maintenance on measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accuracy.
