Job Description
Cavallero Plastics is an ISO9001 certified injection molding companyseeking an experienced Quality Technician for immediate hire.
EssentialFunctions/Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Must be able to read partprints and engineering drawings.
- Must have great attention todetail.
- Able to read and follow control plans and instructions.
- Proficient use of all common handheld inspection equipment as well asvision systems, manual and CNC CMM’s, and other specialty gages.
- Perform incoming/first piece inspections, maintain all documentation,analyze historical data and communicate with production team.
- Performfirst article inspections and reporting.
- Perform DOE, IQOQPQ, andqualification inspections and complete reports.
- Ensures that productsmeet the organizations and customers’ quality and product integrityrequirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
RequiredSkills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention todetail.
- Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn quality& production processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with theability to communicate across departments.
- Proficient with MicrosoftOffice Suite or related software.
