Quality Inspector Position Available In Bristol, Massachusetts

Quality Inspector Five Star Manufacturing, Inc. 163 Samuel Barnet Boulevard, New Bedford, MA 02745 Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components and assemblies. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of parts and outsourced processes. Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges) and complex test equipment. Accurately document inspection and test results. Record rework according to internal procedures. Participate in root cause analysis for nonconforming products. Complete customer-facing quality documentation, including Certificates of Conformance and First Article reports. Assist in managing gage control and calibration sign-out. Sign off on scrap reports as a QA representative. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus. 1+ years of experience in quality inspection or related field (medical device manufacturing preferred). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Proficiency with inspection tools and test equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team environment.
