Quality Review Specialist Job Description The Quality Review Specialist will be responsible for performing reviews of Device History Records (DHR) on the production floor. This includes ensuring compliance with procedures, adhering to good documentation practices (GDP), verifying documented test results within specification, and ensuring the completeness of the record. Responsibilities Conduct reviews of Device History Records (DHR) to ensure compliance with company procedures. Adhere to good documentation practices (GDP) during record reviews. Verify that test results are documented within specified parameters. Ensure completeness and accuracy of records on the production floor. Maintain attention to detail while performing quality control tasks. Handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Essential Skills Proficiency in data entry. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with GMP audits and compliance regulations. Ability to follow work instructions accurately. Strong organizational skills. Competence with computer systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Medical device experience preferred, or experience in another highly regulated environment. Quality Assurance experience with knowledge of GMP. Effective communication skills in both oral and written forms. Working knowledge of SAP is desired. Work Environment The role is based in an office setting, providing a structured and professional atmosphere for quality review tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danvers, Massachusetts. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
