Chopped/Finished Employee 2.2 2.2 out of 5 stars Three Rivers, MA 01080 Chopped/Finished Employee The individual will be detailed-oriented. The role is essential to our production process, involving the shaping, finishing, and quality control of motorcycle seat pans. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with fiberglass materials and performing hands-on tasks such as drilling, sanding, and edge trimming. This position requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-heat environment.
Key Responsibilities Fiberglass Handling & Finishing:
Work with fiberglass materials to shape, smooth, and refine motorcycle seat pans to meet quality standards.
Drilling, Sanding, & Edge Trimming:
Perform detailed finishing tasks to ensure each product meets precise specifications.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished product for imperfections and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality output.
Workplace Maintenance:
keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials while following safety protocols.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience working with fiberglass or similar materials is a plus but not required. Comfortable working in high-heat environment for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision. A team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. The ability to cross train.
