Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspection of purchased material in accordance withquality plan
- Confirm test lots for incoming inspection of purchased material in SAPtransaction QE51
- Document any non-conformances resulting from incoming inspection ofpurchased material in SAP on purchased material (Q2) Qnotes
- Perform mechanical inspection of factory material in accordance withquality plan
- Confirm operations on Production Orders for mechanical inspection offactory material in SAP transactions CO11N and IW41
- Document any non-conformances resulting from incoming inspection offactory material in SAP on internal factory material (Q3) Qnotes
- Work with Supplier Quality Engineer to feedback non-conformancesresulting from incoming inspection and mechanical inspection
- Work with Supplier Quality Engineer to update test instructions
- Generate Certificates of Conformance and review Final ATP results &associated documentation prior to shipment to customer

Qualifications:
- Must have STRONG experience with GD&T and reading engineeringdrawings
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Citizen,Green Card)
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 certified QMS desired
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP desired
- Must have active IPC-610 certification (training within past 2 years)
- Must have experience with mechanical inspection tools such as CMM,vision system, verniers, calipers, micrometers, height gage, gage pins,etc.
- Must have experience and knowledge reading GD&T symbols on prints
- Preference for candidates who also have CMM experience (mostlyoperating, they are open on the machine)
- The candidate can be a U.S. Citizen or Perm Resident.
- Hours are as follows:
- Mondays-Thursdays from 6:30am to 3:30pm
- Fridays from 6:30am to 12:00pm
- They also have flex of 30 mins to the start or end times once they aretrained.
