The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of FDA regulations, ISO 9001 standards, and quality assurance methodologies. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with various departments to enhance product quality. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of products using various measurement tools, including micrometers and coordinate measuring machines. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes in accordance with FDA regulations and
ISO 9001
standards. Analyze inspection data and generate reports to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement. Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality and ensure compliance with specifications. Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions that address quality issues effectively. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including HACCP plans. Participate in internal audits and assist in the preparation for external audits. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions based on quality findings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in QA/QC roles within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and
ISO 9001
standards. Familiarity with HACCP principles is a plus. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines. Experience with vision inspection systems is highly desirable. Ability to analyze data effectively and communicate findings clearly. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
