Maintaining and achieving proper required operator authorization Working with engineering documents including drawings to determine the correct method and equipment need to perform inspection Interpreting customer and internal engineering drawings, company specifications and quality requirements to determine if material, components and product are in compliance Develop special precision inspection setup operations to accurately and precisely verify requirements Interpreting

geometric dimension and tolerance requirements to determine measure and verify compliance Working with the engineering department to develop techniques and procedures to accurately and precisely verify compliance for new components Perform first piece, first article inspection for all levels of components and products in accordance with AS9102 Helping in the determination of root cause to support improvement of processes and product Using test and inspection instruments and equipment such as: micrometers, indicators, pressure gauge, hand tools, optical comparators, verniers and weights Operating and analysis dimensional requirements using a

CMM Requirements:

Previous experience required Basic computer knowledge Experience with micrometers, indicators, pressure gauge, hand tools, optical comparators, verniers and weights Able to read and understand blueprints Hours are: Monday through Friday
