Quality Assurance Specialist Position Available In Norfolk, Massachusetts

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical rolein ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the Non-ConformanceProcess, coordinating audits and inspections, and developingstrategies for continuous improvement. Provides tactical support tothe Quality function for the most complex products (as assigned).Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant securityclearance required for the role, due to the nature of theprogrammes we deliver for our customers. Job Description Completesquality inspections as assigned. Performs the initial tear-down andinternal inspection. Interprets prints, manufacturing drawings anddiagrams to determine requirements and documents findings. Providesguidance to lower level Quality Technicians. Typically, a HighSchool Diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years experience in assemblyand test or 2 years experience in Quality Inspection. To besuccessful in this role, you must have excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient inMS Office applications, ERP systems, and quality assurance tools.

Inaddition, you will work closely with the Engineering,Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless materialflow. Your ability to analyze data and identify root causes will beessential in driving process improvements.
